CRS curates a documentary film screening series devoted primarily to spiritual, environmental and human rights themes and also rents out each of its three event spaces for screenings.
The 2nd FL Studio can seat up to 45 people for film screenings and is equipped with a 720p HD ceiling-mounted projector, large pull-down screen, DVD/blu ray player, and high quality sound system. Two wireless mics are also available for conducting Q & A.
Screenings for smaller groups may also be held in our White Room (24 people) or Healing Room (18 people). These rooms can accommodate more chairs but it would be difficult for more people to see the screen. We have one older portable video projector (with VGA connector) available for us (it must be requested in advance), which can be projected on the wall (there is no screen) and connected to the audio speaker in either room. No microphones are available for use in these rooms but they are small enough that unamplified speaking voices should be heard without any problem.
