We have the 4th floor studio set up pretty nicely now. We might make the lighting a little more flexible, but it already has a very warm, comfortable feeling, much nicer than the downstairs studio was actually. Speaking of downstairs, they have already torn out the walls and started putting in the new sub floor. They are working pretty fast.
The rolls of soundproofing acoustic vinyl weighed 240 pounds each and were wrapped around 40 pound steel pipes. The plywood, enough for two layers to sandwich the acoustic material, were lifted in by a crane through the window.
