Reiki 1 is the first, gentle step of the four Reiki degrees. During this workshop, you'll receive the four Reiki 1 attunements (each attunement is permanent and you can start using Reiki right after the first attunement). Between the attunements, you will learn the basic hand positions and practice self-treatment. You will also learn how to apply Reiki to objects and space, and the simple, traditional Reiki way of breathing & meditation exercise called "Hatsurei-ho." At the end of the workshop, we will do the group Reiki and then you will receive your Reiki 1 practitioner certificate.
