This Open-Level class is suitable for all levels of experience, including novices and older students. The class begins with a thorough Qi-Gong inspired warm-up so that the practitioner's energy is activated and body warmed-up before beginning the progressively arranged yoga asanas and stretches.

Qi-Yo Yoga is a contemporized blend of traditional yoga, Qi-Gong, body mind centering, and esoteric healing tools geared towards developing the holistically aware individual. When practiced regularly the Qi-Yo method helps practitioners to integrate breathing and movement with concentration and relaxation to promote psycho-physical equilibrium, enhancing energy, unfolding subtle awareness, balance and inner peace.

The instructor has spent many years traveling the world and studying many different yoga, movement and healing modalities.
