You will learn to communicate with your holy spirit. You will learn how to read energy and to heal yourself and others. Each week, we read and discuss several pages of A Course in Miracles. There is ample time to discuss how the information therein may be be applied to relationships and circumstances in our daily lives.

Concepts from Quantum Healing are also taught in this class.

While the class does progress through the book, it is OK to join at any time.

There are no classes during the first Wednesday of the month. CRS is also closed most major holidays. If you are planning to attend for the first time or to resume class after an absence, please call to confirm the schedule.

How can improving your posture improve your life?
Posture is not just structure. Posture reflects your being. Discover who you really are.

The Makiko Method™ of Postural Education through Movement™ for health, balance, and flexibility re-educates your body to stand, walk, and sit ergonomically for a life with less pain, less stress and more vigor.

What is the Makiko Method of Postural Education through Movement for health, balance, and flexibility, and why is it valuable for me? Efficient use of body and mind is the key to creating an ergonomic posture. But most people’s posture has been distorted by lack of teaching, wrong ideas and bad habits. Everyone has their ideal posture hidden - deep inside their body and mind. But you can reveal your true posture.

Works on Glass by Chris de Boschnek

September 11, 2010 (All day)
September 11 – 28, 2010

The CRS Gallery is pleased to announce "Ontological Symptoms," an exhibition of works on glass by Chris de Boschnek.

Using thread, glass, paper towels, rolling papers, cheap gauze, pencil shavings and even water bugs, Chris de Boschnek presents different forms of the fragile. He combines these humble materials to convey a certain type of feeling, not only visually but also in the making process. Some pieces are held under pressure with tourniquets. If you were to cut the tourniquet, everything would come apart: all parts are held together under tension. The pieces are metaphorical and visceral—they engage us physically. They demonstrate the fragility of our own construction.
— poet Shelley Stenhouse

An opening reception will be held Saturday, September 11, 2010 from 5:30 – 7:30 pm. The Artist Way program, featuring a conversation between de Boschnek and poet Shelley Stenhouse, will begin at 6 pm. A concert by the Grant Stewart Trio will follow from 6:30 – 7:30 pm.
