Rental Fees

Until mid-March, CRS will be temporarily working out of the 4th floor while its 2nd floor space is being renovated. During this time we will have one room to rent out for private sessions and small workshops, etc. The room is about 20' x 20'. Massage table, thai yoga mat, and CD player are available.

The fee for rental is $17 for privates ($15 for CRS members), $20 for workshops or other group events.

Because all of our classes will be held in this same room, hours available for rental are limited to Monday – Wednesday afternoons. Please call 212-677-8621 or email info@crsny.org for availability.

When we re-open the 2nd floor, we will have a soundproof floor and walls, air conditioning in each room, a 2nd bathroom, an enclosed studio, a larger therapy room, and an additional studio/healing room (in the front by the windows).

Weekend evening hours are available for special event bookings (workshops, performances, receptions, lectures, film screenings, etc.). We can also open earlier on weekends for workshop bookings.

New Pricing on the 2nd floor will be as follows:

Therapy Room (10' x 10') equipped with sofa, chair, massage table, phone, CD player, and A/C control

Hourly $18/hr ($14.40 for CRS Instructors/Artists/Staff/CRS ACIM Healers)

Half day $90 for 6 consecutive hours (1o am – 4 pm or 4 pm – 10 pm)

Full day $150 for 12 hours (10 am – 10 pm)

4+ full days/mo $125/day

8+ full days/mo $100/day

Healing Room (12' x 23') A/C control and can be equipped with massage tables, folding tables, folding chairs, CD player, ballet barre, etc. as needed

Large windows and mirror can be covered as needed

Weekend evenings (6 pm – 10 pm) non-profit/CRS Instructors/CRS Artists-in-Residence/CRS Staff/Healers trained by Yasuko:
$250, $50/hr after 10 pm (one receptionist/box office staff included)

Weekend evenings (6 pm – 10 pm) for-profit events or receptions, parties, etc.:
$350, $100/hr after 10 pm (one receptionist/box office staff included)

Catering packages available upon request

Studio Rental Cancellation Policy

In order to reserve the studio for workshops, receptions, performances, multi-night, or weekend events, the renter must in most cases first pay a deposit in the amount of 50% of the minimum rental fee due according to the chart below. For multi-week rentals, the deposit payment is required to be paid at the time of booking only for the first four weeks of scheduled rentals. If the renter cancels the reservation, he may be charged a cancellation fee, which will be withheld from the renter’s deposit, or charged to the renter if the deposit is insufficient to cover the fee, according to the following schedule:

If renter cancels more than 60 days in advance, then no cancellation fee will be due.

If renter cancels 31-60 days in advance, then 25% of the total rental fee will be due.

If renter cancels less than 31 days in advance, then 50% of the total rental fee will be due.

The balance of the rental fee must be paid prior to occupying the space on the day rented. For multi-day rentals, the deposit will be held until the final day of the rental period.
